Responsibilities
- Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments to ensure timely delivery and accurate documentation.
- Maintain accurate records of inventory levels, shipping logs, and delivery statuses.
- Liaise with carriers, vendors, and internal departments to resolve shipping discrepancies.
- Analyze logistics data to identify trends and optimize supply chain efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree in Supply Chain or Business preferred.
- Proven experience in logistics, supply chain, or warehouse management (1-3 years).
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
