Responsibilities
- Load/unload trucks and sort inventory using RF scanners
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks (certification provided)
- Maintain accurate inventory records in WMS system
- Follow OSHA safety protocols and quality standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for efficient workflow
- Perform cycle counts and stock audits
- Support facility cleanliness and organization
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED accepted)
- Ability to lift 50 lbs regularly and stand for 8+ hours
- Basic computer literacy (email, data entry)
- Reliable transportation and punctuality
- Pass pre-employment background/drug screen
- Team player with strong communication skills
- Willingness to work flexible shifts including weekends
