- Develop and implement the 2026 strategic foresight framework using horizon scanning and trend analysis
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype next-gen solutions (AR/VR, bio-integrated interfaces)
- Establish governance protocols for AI ethics and quantum computing adoption
- Build strategic partnerships with academic institutions and emerging tech incubators
- Translate complex future scenarios into actionable business roadmaps
- Mentor innovation teams in future-proofing methodologies
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite and board stakeholders
Qualifications
- 15+ years in strategic planning with 5+ years in emerging tech foresight
- Proven track record of launching future-focused initiatives (quantum/AI/sustainability)
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or equivalent
- Deep expertise in exponential technologies (blockchain, neuromorphic computing)
- Published thought leadership on long-term technology disruption
- Experience scaling innovation labs in Fortune 500 environments
- Certification in Strategic Foresight or Technology Impact Assessment
