We are looking for a visionary Lead Quantum Software Engineer to architect the algorithms that will power the next generation of artificial intelligence and secure communication systems. As a key member of our R&D team, you will be instrumental in preparing our software stack for the commercial launch in 2026. You will work in a fast-paced, high-performance environment alongside world-class physicists and engineers.
Responsibilities
- Design and implement fault-tolerant quantum algorithms for complex optimization problems.
- Optimize quantum circuits for near-term noisy intermediate-scale quantum (NISQ) devices.
- Collaborate with hardware engineers to bridge the gap between quantum theory and practical application.
- Develop and maintain quantum simulation environments using Python and C++.
- Lead research initiatives focused on quantum error mitigation strategies for the 2026 roadmap.
- Mentor junior engineers and conduct code reviews to ensure high-quality software delivery.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree or PhD in Computer Science, Physics, Mathematics, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience with quantum computing frameworks such as Qiskit, Cirq, or PyQuil.
- Proficiency in programming languages including Python, C++, and CUDA.
- Strong foundation in linear algebra, probability, and quantum mechanics.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud) for quantum workloads.
