Responsibilities
- Architect and lead multi-year research roadmaps for the 2026 Initiative, focusing on quantum-integrated interfaces and predictive behavioral modeling
- Collaborate with quantum computing teams to develop next-generation human-machine interaction protocols
- Oversee experimental design and execution of neuro-technology integration projects
- Present findings to executive stakeholders and industry consortiums
- Manage a cross-functional team of 15+ researchers, engineers, and data scientists
- Secure $5M+ in annual R&D funding through grant proposals and industry partnerships
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Neuroscience, or Human-Computer Interaction (or equivalent experience)
- 8+ years in R&D leadership with 3+ managing teams >10 members
- Published research in top-tier journals (Nature, Science, IEEE) on emerging technologies
- Proven track record of securing $1M+ in research grants
- Expertise in predictive modeling, neural interfaces, and ethical AI frameworks
- Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, and quantum simulation platforms
- Experience with ISO 26000 and IEEE Ethically Aligned Design standards
