- Develop 5-10 year innovation roadmaps aligned with organizational vision and industry trends
- Collaborate with C-suite executives to integrate futurism into product development and corporate strategy
- Present future scenarios to stakeholders through compelling narratives and data-driven visualizations
- Build and manage a global network of futurists, technologists, and industry thought leaders
- Drive R&D investments in quantum computing, biotech, and AI ethics frameworks
- Author thought leadership publications and speak at premier tech conferences
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Technology Forecasting, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or technology R&D leadership
- Proven track record of translating future trends into commercial opportunities
- Expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and horizon scanning methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (quantum computing, synthetic biology, AGI)
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to articulate complex concepts to diverse audiences
- Certification in Futures Thinking (e.g., CFTR) or similar designation
- Published work in futurism or technology innovation (portfolio required)
