Responsibilities
- Architect strategic innovation roadmaps for 2026-2030 with measurable KPIs
- Lead cross-disciplinary teams developing quantum-AI hybrid systems
- Partner with Fortune 50 clients to implement future-proof solutions
- Secure $20M+ in government grants and private funding
- Publish white papers in Nature/Science journals on emerging tech
- Manage a $15M R&D budget with quarterly ROI optimization
- Represent the company at Davos, Web Summit, and CES conferences
Qualifications
- PhD in Physics, Computer Science, or Futurology (or equivalent experience)
- 10+ years in R&D leadership with 3+ exponential tech deployments
- Published research in quantum computing or AI alignment
- Proven track record of securing $10M+ in innovation funding
- Expertise in scenario planning and trend forecasting
- Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, and quantum simulation tools
- Experience advising C-suite on technological disruption
- Fluency in Mandarin or German (for global partnerships)
