Responsibilities

- Lead High-Performance Teams: Mentor and guide a cross-functional squad of engineers, fostering a culture of innovation and rapid prototyping.
- Quantum Integration: Oversee the transition of legacy systems to quantum-resistant protocols and hybrid computing models.
- Stakeholder Communication: Translate complex technical roadmaps into compelling narratives for investors and executive leadership.
Qualifications
- Foundational Expertise: A Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field, with at least 10 years of progressive experience in software engineering.
- The 2026 Vision: Demonstrated experience in futuristic tech stacks, specifically in Generative AI, Augmented Reality (AR), or Quantum computing.
