Responsibilities
- Define and execute the long-term technological roadmap for the 2026 release cycle.
- Architect scalable, high-performance AI systems capable of processing real-time global data streams.
- Lead a cross-functional team of engineers, data scientists, and product managers in research and development.
- Identify emerging technologies (e.g., quantum algorithms, neuromorphic computing) and evaluate their potential for integration.
- Ensure all architectural decisions adhere to strict security, privacy, and ethical AI standards.
- Mentor junior developers and conduct technical reviews to maintain code quality and innovation.
Qualifications
- Masterβs or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- 10+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 4 years in a leadership role.
- Deep expertise in Machine Learning, Deep Learning, and Large Language Models (LLMs).
- Strong proficiency in Python, C++, and distributed systems design.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization technologies (Kubernetes, Docker).
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
