Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain the 2026 Strategic Foresight Framework using quantitative/qualitative research methodologies
- Lead cross-functional innovation workshops to identify emerging technologies and market disruptors
- Produce annual 'Future State' reports with actionable recommendations for executive leadership
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and think tanks for trend forecasting
- Mentor a team of junior futurists and innovation analysts
- Present strategic visions to stakeholders through compelling data visualizations and narratives
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years of experience in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future trend analysis
- Proven track record of translating foresight into commercial opportunities
- Expertise in scenario planning, horizon scanning, and technology roadmapping
- Proficiency in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI) and predictive analytics
- Exceptional presentation skills with experience addressing C-level audiences
- Published thought leadership in futures or innovation publications
