- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and innovation hubs
- Drive innovation pipeline through horizon scanning and technology roadmapping
- Mentor a team of futurists and researchers
- Represent Horizon at global forums on future-focused topics
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future studies
- Proven track record of translating future trends into business strategy
- Expertise in emerging technologies and societal impact analysis
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology Management, or related field
- Exceptional presentation skills with executive audiences
- Published thought leadership in futurism or technology ethics
- Experience with scenario planning and trend analysis methodologies
- Certification in Foresight or Innovation preferred
