Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 innovation framework, aligning technological trends with business objectives
- Lead scenario planning and horizon scanning to identify disruptive opportunities and threats
- Partner with R&D teams to prototype and validate futuristic concepts
- Present strategic foresight findings to stakeholders through compelling visual narratives
- Establish global networks with futurists, academics, and industry pioneers
- Drive adoption of emerging technologies (quantum computing, AI ethics, neurotech)
- Mentor junior futurists and cultivate a culture of strategic foresight
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future-focused leadership
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology Forecasting, or related field
- Proven track record of translating futuristic concepts into commercial applications
- Deep expertise in exponential technologies and their societal implications
- Exceptional storytelling skills with executive-level presentation experience
- Published thought leadership in futurism or technology strategy
- Proficiency in futures research methodologies (Delphi, STEEP, cross-impact matrices)
- Experience building and managing high-impact innovation ecosystems
