Responsibilities
- Define and execute the 2026 Strategic Technology Roadmap, aligning technical vision with business goals.
- Lead cross-functional initiatives integrating Generative AI and Machine Learning into core workflows.
- Conduct deep-dive market analysis on emerging tech trends to identify competitive advantages.
- Manage a budget for R&D initiatives focused on futuristic infrastructure.
- Communicate complex technical strategies to C-suite executives and non-technical stakeholders.
- Oversee the integration of Web3 and decentralized protocols where applicable.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in Technology Strategy, Product Management, or Engineering Leadership.
- Proven track record of defining long-term (3-5 year) roadmaps and executing them successfully.
- Deep understanding of AI/ML trends and their commercial applications.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to forecast technological shifts.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field; Master’s preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to lead diverse teams through periods of rapid technological change.
