Responsibilities
- Define the comprehensive technical roadmap for the Year 2026 platform migration, ensuring seamless integration with next-gen AI frameworks.
- Lead a cross-functional team of elite engineers, data scientists, and designers to deliver high-impact technical solutions.
- Oversee system architecture design, focusing on scalability, security, and quantum-resistant algorithms.
- Collaborate with executive stakeholders to translate business goals into robust technical strategies.
- Mentor junior architects and conduct technical deep-dives to ensure code quality and best practices.

Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in system architecture, with at least 3 years in a leadership or senior architect role.
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (PhD preferred).
- Deep expertise in Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning pipelines, and distributed systems.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Go, or Rust.
- Strong understanding of cloud-native architectures (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and containerization (Kubernetes, Docker).
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
