Responsibilities
- Architect and design scalable, fault-tolerant systems for the Project 2026 quantum network infrastructure.
- Lead a cross-functional team of engineers, data scientists, and quantum researchers to drive technical excellence.
- Define and enforce high-level software design principles, coding standards, and architectural patterns.
- Collaborate with product leadership to translate business requirements into actionable technical roadmaps.
- Conduct rigorous technical reviews, performance tuning, and security audits to ensure system integrity.
- Establish best practices for CI/CD pipelines and cloud-native deployment strategies.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software architecture, with a strong focus on AI/ML or Quantum computing environments.
- Proven track record of leading large-scale engineering teams in high-growth startup environments.
- Expert proficiency in Python, C++, and Rust, with experience in quantum programming languages (Qiskit, Cirq).
- Deep understanding of distributed systems, microservices, and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Physics, or a related technical field is highly preferred.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to thrive in ambiguous, fast-paced settings.
