Responsibilities
- Design and implement the core technical architecture for the 2026 Initiative, ensuring scalability and security.
- Lead a cross-functional team of engineers, data scientists, and product managers to drive project milestones.
- Define technical standards, coding guidelines, and best practices for the engineering department.
- Conduct architectural reviews and provide mentorship to junior developers to foster technical growth.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into robust technical solutions.
- Identify potential risks in the development lifecycle and proactively implement mitigation strategies.
- Stay abreast of emerging technologies in the AI and computing space to integrate innovative solutions.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
- 10+ years of experience in software architecture and system design, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
- Deep expertise in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Strong proficiency in Python, Java, or C++ with a focus on high-performance systems.
- Proven track record of managing complex, large-scale projects from conception to deployment.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience with AI/ML frameworks and big data processing is a significant plus.
