Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Vision: Lead the strategic technical roadmap, identifying emerging technologies like Quantum Computing interfaces and advanced Neural Networks to ensure our platform remains future-proof.
- System Architecture: Design and oversee the implementation of scalable, high-availability distributed systems capable of handling massive real-time data streams.
- Technical Leadership: Mentor senior engineers and architects, fostering a culture of innovation, code quality, and continuous learning.
- Integration Strategy: Lead the integration of Large Language Models (LLMs) and Generative AI into core product workflows.
- Cloud & Security: Architect robust cloud-native infrastructure on AWS/Azure, enforcing strict zero-trust security models and compliance standards.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Translate complex technical concepts into actionable insights for product managers, executives, and investors.
- Performance Optimization: Continuously analyze system bottlenecks and implement optimizations to ensure sub-millisecond latency.
Qualifications
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 3 years in a leadership role overseeing large-scale teams.
- Tech Stack: Deep proficiency in Python, Rust, or Go, with extensive experience in microservices and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- AI Expertise: Demonstrated experience building, deploying, and fine-tuning AI models and machine learning pipelines.
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (PhD preferred).
- Cloud Mastery: Strong understanding of cloud architecture patterns and serverless computing paradigms.
- Problem Solving: Exceptional ability to troubleshoot complex architectural challenges and make data-driven decisions.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills for cross-functional collaboration.
