Responsibilities

- Research Leadership: Guide a team of top-tier engineers and data scientists in exploring novel neural architectures and reinforcement learning models.

- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product, legal, and executive teams to translate complex technical strategies into business value.

Qualifications
- Education: Ph.D. or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related quantitative field from a top-tier institution.
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in machine learning, deep learning, or AI research, with at least 3 years in a senior leadership or architectural role.
- Technical Mastery: Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and experience with large-scale distributed computing systems.
