Responsibilities
- Architect and deploy scalable machine learning models for autonomous vehicles and industrial robotics.
- Lead a cross-functional team of data scientists and hardware engineers in designing the 2026 product roadmap.
- Conduct cutting-edge research in reinforcement learning, neural networks, and edge computing.
- Optimize system performance and reduce latency in real-time processing environments.
- Define technical standards and best practices for our emerging AI infrastructure.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to translate complex research into market-ready solutions.
Qualifications
- PhD or Master's degree in Computer Science, Robotics, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in AI/ML engineering, preferably in a high-growth startup or R&D environment.
- Proficiency in Python, C++, and deep learning frameworks (PyTorch/TensorFlow).
- Strong background in robotics control systems, sensor fusion, and computer vision.
- Proven track record of leading engineering teams to successful product launches.
