Responsibilities
- Architect Future-Proof Systems: Design and implement resilient, scalable software architectures integrating classical AI models with emerging quantum computing paradigms for 2026 readiness.
- Lead Engineering Excellence: Mentor a high-performing team of software engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation, code quality, and continuous improvement.
- Quantum Integration Strategy: Define the technical roadmap for integrating quantum algorithms into our existing product suite, ensuring seamless interoperability and security.
- Strategic Innovation: Identify and evaluate cutting-edge technologies (Neural Networks, Neuromorphic Computing) to drive product differentiation and competitive advantage.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product managers, C-suite executives, and external research labs to translate business objectives into technical roadmaps.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Physics, Mathematics, or a related field with a focus on Artificial Intelligence or Quantum Mechanics.
- Experience: 10+ years of software engineering experience, with at least 5 years in a senior architecture or leadership role.
- Technical Mastery: Deep understanding of Machine Learning frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch), distributed systems, and cloud architecture (AWS/Azure/GCP).
- Quantum Proficiency: Demonstrated experience or strong interest in quantum computing theory, quantum algorithms, and post-quantum cryptography.
- Leadership: Proven ability to lead diverse teams through complex technical challenges and drive project delivery in a fast-paced environment.
