Responsibilities
- Architect 2026-Ready Systems: Design and implement a unified architecture integrating Neural Networks with Quantum Processing Units (QPUs) to achieve exponential computational growth.
- Lead Technical Strategy: Define the technical roadmap for our AI initiatives, ensuring alignment with our 2026 business goals and industry standards.
- Optimize Neural Performance: Develop proprietary algorithms that maximize efficiency on quantum hardware, solving complex optimization problems.
- Team Leadership & Mentorship: Lead a high-performance team of AI engineers and quantum scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product managers, data scientists, and stakeholders to translate complex technical requirements into robust engineering solutions.
Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Physics, or a related field with a focus on Quantum Computing or Artificial Intelligence.
- Experience: Minimum of 7+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 3 years leading high-level engineering teams.
- Technical Mastery: Deep proficiency in Python, C++, and TensorFlow/PyTorch. Experience with quantum simulators (Qiskit, Cirq) or quantum hardware is highly desirable.
- Strategic Thinking: Demonstrated ability to think long-term and architect systems that are scalable, secure, and future-proof.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and executive leadership.
