Responsibilities
- Architect Design: Design and implement scalable quantum-classical hybrid algorithms tailored for complex data processing tasks.
- Technical Leadership: Guide a diverse team of data scientists and quantum engineers, establishing best practices and architectural standards.
- R&D Strategy: Identify emerging trends in AI and quantum computing to drive product innovation and maintain a competitive edge.
- System Optimization: Optimize neural network models for deployment on both classical cloud environments and future quantum processors.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Translate complex technical concepts into actionable insights for non-technical stakeholders and investors.
- Code Quality: Enforce rigorous code review processes and ensure robust, secure, and maintainable codebases.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Physics, or a related field, with a focus on AI, Machine Learning, or Quantum Computing.
- Experience: Minimum 5+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 2 years specifically in AI/ML or Quantum Computing roles.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and quantum programming frameworks (Qiskit, Cirq, or similar).
- Problem Solving: Demonstrated ability to solve complex, ambiguous problems in high-pressure environments.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to mentor junior developers.
- Tools: Experience with CI/CD pipelines, containerization (Docker/Kubernetes), and cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP/Azure).
