Responsibilities
- Lead the design and implementation of proprietary Large Language Models (LLMs) and generative AI frameworks.
- Conduct cutting-edge research into emergent behaviors in deep neural networks and quantum-inspired computing.
- Optimize model inference speeds for real-time applications on heterogeneous hardware.
- Define the technical roadmap and architectural vision for the 2026 product suite.
- Collaborate with cross-disciplinary teams on ethical AI alignment, safety protocols, and interpretability.
- Mentor senior engineering talent and establish best practices for AI infrastructure.
Qualifications
- PhD or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related quantitative field.
- Proven track record of publishing research in top-tier venues (NeurIPS, ICML, ICLR, ACL).
- Expert proficiency in PyTorch, TensorFlow, and CUDA.
- Deep understanding of Transformer architectures, Reinforcement Learning from Human Feedback (RLHF), and Diffusion models.
- Experience scaling models from prototype to production deployment in high-traffic environments.
