Responsibilities
- Define and execute the technical roadmap for AI systems leading up to and beyond 2026, ensuring scalability and long-term viability.
- Architect robust, fault-tolerant machine learning pipelines and deep learning frameworks using Python, TensorFlow, and PyTorch.
- Lead the design and implementation of proprietary algorithms that will define our competitive edge in the market.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with product managers, data scientists, and security experts to translate business goals into technical specifications.

Qualifications
- Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field (PhD preferred).
- Minimum of 7+ years of experience in software engineering and 3+ years in AI/ML architecture.
- Deep expertise in Deep Learning, Natural Language Processing (NLP), or Computer Vision.
- Proven track record of leading large-scale distributed systems and high-availability services.
- Strong proficiency in cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization technologies (Kubernetes, Docker).
- Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to influence technical strategy without direct authority.
