What You'll Do
Responsibilities
- Architect and oversee the end-to-end development of the Project 2026 neural infrastructure.
- Design scalable machine learning pipelines capable of processing petabyte-scale data streams in real-time.
- Lead a team of 8+ senior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- Define technical roadmaps and ensure alignment with the company’s long-term 2026 vision.
- Optimize model latency and accuracy for deployment on next-gen hardware architectures.
- Establish best practices for security, ethics, and compliance in AI development.
Qualifications
- Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field with a focus on Artificial Intelligence.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in designing large-scale distributed systems and machine learning platforms.
- Proficiency in Python, C++, and Rust, with deep knowledge of TensorFlow, PyTorch, or JAX.
