Responsibilities
- Define and execute the long-term AI technical strategy and roadmap aligned with the 'Horizon 2026' vision.
- Architect scalable, high-performance machine learning systems that can handle billions of data points.
- Lead the design and implementation of proprietary AI models and deep learning frameworks.
- Mentor and develop high-performing engineering teams, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
- Collaborate with cross-functional product and business units to translate complex requirements into technical solutions.
- Ensure system reliability, security, and compliance across all AI infrastructure deployments.
Qualifications
- PhD or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience).
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in a Lead Architect or Senior Engineering role.
- Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and modern Big Data technologies (Spark, Kafka).
- Proven track record of designing and deploying production-grade AI/ML systems at scale.
- Strong understanding of MLOps, cloud architecture (AWS/GCP/Azure), and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to drive projects from conception to delivery.
