Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 AGI Roadmap: Lead the architectural strategy for next-generation artificial intelligence models, ensuring scalability, safety, and ethical alignment.
- Neural Network Engineering: Design and implement proprietary deep learning architectures capable of processing real-time quantum data streams.
- System Integration: Oversee the integration of AI models into autonomous robotics and neural interface hardware.
- R&D Leadership: Mentor a team of senior data scientists and machine learning engineers, fostering a culture of innovation and rapid prototyping.
- Performance Optimization: Continuously refine model inference speeds and accuracy to meet the stringent latency requirements of consumer hardware.
- Strategic Planning: Collaborate with C-suite executives to forecast technological trends and allocate resources for long-term research initiatives.
Qualifications
- Advanced Degree: PhD or Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- Expertise: 7+ years of experience in machine learning, deep learning, and natural language processing (NLP).
- Tech Stack: Proficiency in PyTorch, TensorFlow, and experience with GPU acceleration (NVIDIA H100/A100).
- Strategic Vision: Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive complex technical projects from conception to production.
