Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 AI Roadmap: Collaborate with executive leadership to identify emerging AI trends and define the technical strategy for the next 2-3 years.
- Architect Scalable Systems: Design and implement robust, distributed machine learning systems capable of handling petabyte-scale data.
- Lead R&D Initiatives: Spearhead research into cutting-edge technologies such as Generative Adversarial Networks (GANs) and Large Language Models (LLMs).
- Mentor Engineering Teams: Foster a culture of innovation by mentoring junior developers and senior engineers alike.
- Ethical AI Implementation: Ensure all AI systems adhere to strict ethical guidelines and bias mitigation protocols.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related quantitative field.
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in software engineering and 5+ years in AI/ML architecture.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP/Azure).
- Strategic Mindset: Demonstrated ability to translate business objectives into technical architectures.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
