Responsibilities
- Architect 2026 AI Systems: Design scalable, fault-tolerant architectures for next-generation Artificial General Intelligence (AGI) models.
- Quantum Integration: Lead the integration of quantum computing modules into classical machine learning pipelines for post-quantum cryptography.
- Neuromorphic Engineering: Oversee the development of spiking neural networks (SNNs) optimized for low-power edge devices.
- Ethical AI Governance: Establish frameworks for AI safety, alignment, and bias mitigation in high-stakes environments.
- Team Leadership: Mentor a high-performing team of data scientists and ML engineers in a fast-paced, agile environment.
- Roadmap Execution: Translate 2026 strategic goals into technical deliverables and sprint plans.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field; PhD preferred.
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in AI/ML engineering, with 3+ years in a leadership or architectural role.
- Tech Stack: Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and Rust; familiarity with quantum computing libraries (Qiskit, Cirq).
- Visionary Mindset: Proven track record of delivering innovative solutions that anticipate market trends.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts to stakeholders and non-technical audiences.
- Agile Mastery: Expert knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies and CI/CD pipelines.
