Responsibilities
- Architect and deploy scalable machine learning pipelines optimized for the 2026 compute landscape.
- Lead a cross-functional team of data scientists, ML engineers, and researchers.
- Define the long-term technical roadmap for AI capabilities and infrastructure scaling.
- Ensure ethical AI practices, including bias mitigation and transparency in algorithmic decision-making.
- Collaborate with product leaders to translate business requirements into robust technical solutions.
- Mentor junior engineers and establish best practices for code quality and system architecture.
Qualifications
- Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in AI/ML architecture.
- Expert proficiency in Python, PyTorch, and TensorFlow.
- Deep understanding of Large Language Models (LLMs), Transformers, and Generative AI.
- Strong experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Experience designing fault-tolerant, high-availability distributed systems.
