Responsibilities

- Strategic Leadership: Define the long-term technical strategy, aligning AI capabilities with business objectives and the 2026 roadmap.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to translate complex business needs into technical solutions.
- R&D Leadership: Spearhead research initiatives into emerging technologies, including generative AI and edge computing, to stay ahead of the curve.
- Team Mentorship: Foster a culture of innovation and excellence, mentoring junior engineers and architects to grow their technical expertise.
- System Optimization: Oversee the deployment and optimization of machine learning models, ensuring low latency and high accuracy.
- Compliance & Ethics: Ensure all AI systems adhere to strict ethical guidelines, data privacy regulations, and security best practices.
Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in software engineering and AI architecture, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
- Technical Stack: Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Strategic Mindset: Proven track record of delivering complex technical projects on time and within budget.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Problem Solving: Strong analytical skills with a focus on innovative problem-solving and system design.
