Responsibilities
- Define and execute the 2026 AI architecture roadmap, aligning technical goals with business vision.
- Design and deploy scalable machine learning models for complex, real-time data environments.
- Lead a high-performance team of data scientists and engineers, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders (R&D, Product, Legal) to ensure ethical AI implementation and compliance.
- Research and prototype emerging technologies (e.g., Quantum Computing integration, AGI primitives) to stay ahead of the curve.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in AI/ML architecture and leadership.
- Proven expertise in Deep Learning frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch) and distributed computing systems (Kubernetes, Spark).
- Master’s or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- Strong background in NLP, Computer Vision, or Reinforcement Learning.
