Responsibilities

- Design and deploy robust machine learning pipelines and neural network architectures.
- Lead a team of elite data scientists and engineers, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- Optimize existing infrastructure for latency, throughput, and cost-efficiency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to translate complex business requirements into cutting-edge technical solutions.
- Stay ahead of emerging trends in AI, specifically focusing on Large Language Models (LLMs) and multimodal AI.
Qualifications
- PhD or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related quantitative field.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years specifically in AI/ML architecture.
- Proven track record of leading high-impact engineering teams through complex product lifecycles.
- Deep expertise in Python, C++, and modern frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or JAX.
- Strong understanding of distributed systems, cloud computing (AWS/GCP), and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
