Responsibilities
- Architect and implement scalable Machine Learning pipelines focused on the 2026 technological horizon.
- Lead a team of data scientists and engineers in designing Neural Network architectures for high-stakes industries.
- Drive innovation in Generative AI and Natural Language Processing (NLP) models.
- Ensure system reliability, low-latency processing, and ethical AI governance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical roadmaps.
- Mentor junior engineers and foster a culture of continuous learning and experimentation.
Qualifications
- Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related technical field.
- 10+ years of experience in AI/ML engineering, with at least 3 years in a lead or architect role.
- Expert proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and Keras.
- Deep understanding of Deep Learning, Reinforcement Learning, and Computer Vision.
- Proven track record of deploying AI models into production environments at scale.
- Strong knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
