Responsibilities
- Architect and implement scalable machine learning pipelines designed for 2026 data volumes.
- Lead the research and integration of next-gen algorithms, including Large Language Models (LLMs) and generative AI.
- Define and enforce enterprise-wide AI ethics, safety, and compliance standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Engineering, Legal) to align technical roadmaps with business goals.
- Mentor junior engineers and conduct technical architecture reviews.
- Predict emerging AI trends and adapt our infrastructure to stay ahead of the curve.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with a minimum of 5 years in AI/ML architecture.
- Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar deep learning frameworks.
- Strong background in distributed systems, cloud computing (AWS/GCP/Azure), and containerization (Docker/K8s).
- Proven track record of deploying production-grade AI models at scale.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Master's degree or PhD in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related field.
