Responsibilities
- Architect and deploy scalable, high-performance neural networks for autonomous systems and predictive analytics.
- Lead a team of elite engineers and data scientists to define the roadmap for our proprietary AI engines.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate biological data with digital algorithms.
- Ensure the security, ethics, and stability of our AI models in high-stakes environments.
- Mentor junior staff and foster a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- Research and implement cutting-edge techniques from the 2026 tech stack, including quantum-assisted machine learning.
Qualifications
- Ph.D. or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related quantitative field.
- 10+ years of professional experience in AI/ML, with at least 3 years in a leadership or architectural role.
- Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and modern GPU acceleration technologies.
- Proven track record of deploying large-scale AI models to production environments.
- Strong understanding of neural architecture search (NAS) and quantum computing principles.
- Exceptional communication skills and the ability to translate complex technical concepts for diverse stakeholders.
