Responsibilities
- Provide Technical Assistance: Troubleshoot hardware and software issues for clients via phone, email, and remote desktop tools.
- Customer Communication: Explain complex technical concepts in simple terms to non-technical users to ensure satisfaction.
- System Monitoring: Assist in monitoring system performance logs and identifying potential technical anomalies.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate, up-to-date records of customer interactions, issues resolved, and solutions provided.
- Collaboration: Work closely with senior engineers to escalate complex issues and learn best practices for system maintenance.
- Training: Participate in ongoing training sessions to stay current with industry software and security protocols.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (recent graduates are strongly encouraged to apply).
- Basic Skills: Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and basic computer operation.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a customer-first mindset.
- Problem Solving: Strong analytical skills and a logical approach to troubleshooting technical difficulties.
- Availability: Ability to work full-time, Monday through Friday, with occasional flexibility for training.
