- Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve hardware, software, and network issues efficiently.
- Install, configure, and update operating systems and application software.
- Maintain accurate documentation of all technical issues and resolutions in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with senior engineers to identify root causes of complex technical problems.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience).
- Familiarity with Windows and Linux operating systems.
- Basic understanding of networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP).
