Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 technical support to internal employees via phone, email, and ticketing systems.
- Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues, including printer configurations and network connectivity problems.
- Manage and maintain computer inventory and ensure all equipment is up-to-date and secure.
- Assist in the deployment and configuration of new workstations and mobile devices.
- Collaborate with the IT team to implement best practices for system security and data protection.
Qualifications
- Associate degree or certificate in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- 1+ years of experience in IT support, help desk, or technical customer service.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Windows, Office 365, and troubleshooting network issues.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
