Responsibilities
- Provide tier-1 and tier-2 technical support via remote desktop and phone during weekend shifts.
- Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network connectivity issues efficiently.
- Manage user accounts, permissions, and access control systems (Active Directory).
- Perform routine system maintenance, updates, and security patching.
- Document all technical incidents and resolutions in the helpdesk ticketing system.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in IT Help Desk or Technical Support.
- Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Experience with remote support tools (e.g., TeamViewer, LogMeIn, AnyDesk).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) with flexibility.
