Responsibilities
- Provide tier 2 technical support to end-users via phone, email, and ticketing systems.
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network connectivity issues.
- Manage user accounts, permissions, and Active Directory functions.
- Perform routine maintenance on computers, printers, and peripherals.
- Collaborate with senior IT staff to implement new software deployments.
- Document technical issues and resolutions in the knowledge base.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate's degree in IT or related field preferred.
- Basic understanding of computer networks, operating systems (Windows), and troubleshooting principles.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical users.
- Must be available to start work within 24-48 hours of hiring.
- Ability to lift and carry IT equipment (up to 40lbs) as needed.
