Responsibilities

  • Provide Tier 2 and Tier 3 technical support to end-users via phone, email, and in-person.
  • Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network connectivity issues efficiently.
  • Manage and maintain computer workstations, printers, scanners, and peripherals.
  • Assist with network administration tasks, including patch management and security updates.
