Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech innovation with 5+ in leadership roles
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science/Engineering
- Proven track record of launching quantum/AI products
- Expertise in agile/scrum methodologies for complex projects
- Strong portfolio of patents or published research papers
- Certification in emerging tech (e.g., IBM Quantum, AWS ML)
