Responsibilities
- Architect and execute the 2026 innovation roadmap, aligning with long-term business objectives
- Lead cross-functional teams (AI, Quantum Computing, Biotech) to prototype and scale disruptive solutions
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies with 3-5 year market impact potential
- Secure strategic partnerships with industry leaders and academic institutions

Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology innovation or product development, with 5+ in leadership

- Experience managing cross-functional teams across geographies
