Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the strategic 2026 technology innovation pipeline
- Lead cross-functional teams to prototype and validate emerging technologies
- Identify market gaps and disruptive opportunities for 2026+ solutions
- Secure strategic partnerships with academic institutions and industry leaders
- Present innovation roadmaps to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Mentor junior innovators and cultivate a culture of experimentation
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology innovation, R&D, or strategic product development
- Proven track record of launching disruptive technologies or products
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum, AI, biotech, etc.)
- Strong background in scenario planning and future forecasting methodologies
- Experience managing cross-functional teams and complex projects
- Advanced degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
