Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 2026 innovation roadmaps for quantum AI and biotech convergence
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping next-gen solutions using generative AI frameworks
- Secure $5M+ in R&D funding through strategic partnerships with DARPA and NASA
- Drive ESG-compliant tech integration across 15+ global markets
- Establish patent portfolios for at least 3 breakthrough technologies annually
- Mentor emerging talent in future-focused engineering disciplines
- Present findings at World Economic Forum and TechCrunch Disrupt events
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech innovation with 5+ years in leadership roles
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science/Materials Engineering preferred
- Proven experience scaling quantum computing initiatives to commercial viability
- Expertise in ISO 26000 and UN SDG-aligned tech development
- Published research in Nature/Science journals on future tech ethics
- Fluency in Python, TensorFlow, and quantum programming languages
- Validated track record of securing federal innovation grants
- Certification in Global Innovation Management (GIM)
