Responsibilities
- Receive, scan, and sort incoming inventory accurately
- Pick and pack orders according to specifications
- Operate warehouse equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts with certification)
- Maintain organized storage areas and safety protocols
- Assist with inventory counts and cycle counts
- Collaborate with team to meet daily production targets
- Report equipment malfunctions or safety hazards
Qualifications
- Must be 18+ with valid ID and right to work in US
- Ability to lift 50 lbs regularly and stand for 8+ hours
- Basic computer literacy for inventory systems
- Reliable transportation to 456 Industrial Parkway
- Positive attitude and teamwork focus
- Willingness to work flexible shifts (day/evening/weekend)
- Pass background check and drug screen
- No prior experience required – training provided
