Responsibilities
- Sort, scan, and package inventory in a climate-controlled warehouse environment
- Operate pallet jacks and forklifts (after paid certification training)
- Maintain accurate inventory counts and documentation
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily shipment targets
- Adhere to all safety protocols and OSHA standards
- Assist with loading/unloading trucks using proper equipment
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED preferred (not required)
- Ability to stand/walk for 8+ hours with reasonable accommodations
- Basic math and communication skills
- Willingness to obtain forklift certification (paid training provided)
- Reliable transportation to our Orlando facility
