Responsibilities
- Efficiently sort, scan, and package incoming shipments
- Operate warehouse equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts with certification)
- Maintain accurate inventory counts using RF scanning technology
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for timely order fulfillment
- Adhere to OSHA safety standards and quality control procedures
- Support warehouse cleanliness and organization initiatives
- Participate in daily safety briefings and continuous improvement activities
Qualifications
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED accepted)
- Basic computer literacy for inventory systems
- Reliable transportation to Northwest Chicago location
- Flexible availability for day/night shifts (including weekends)
- Positive attitude with strong teamwork orientation

- Previous warehouse experience preferred but not required
