Responsibilities
- Load and Unload: Safely and efficiently load and unload trucks and trailers using proper equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts).
- Inventory Management: Assist in scanning, tagging, and organizing inventory to ensure accurate stock levels.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety regulations and company policies at all times.
- Equipment Maintenance: Perform basic daily checks on pallet jacks and forklifts to ensure they are in safe working order.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with team leads and other departments to ensure smooth workflow.
- Order Fulfillment: Accurately pick and pack orders for shipment.
Qualifications
- Age Requirement: Must be at least 18 or 21 years old (depending on role).
- License: Valid Driver's License is preferred but not required for all positions.
- Background Check: Must be willing to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Physical Ability: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Attitude: Must be reliable, punctual, and willing to learn.
